Bandits Abduct 20 Farmers, Including Pregnant Women and Children in Niger State

In a fresh attack in Niger State, bandits abducted 20 farmers, including four pregnant women and children, in the Unguwan Kawo Erena ward of Shiroro Local Government Area. The victims were taken from their farmland on Wednesday afternoon.

The spokesperson for the Niger State Police Command, Wasiu Abiodun, confirmed the incident. This abduction follows recent mass abductions in the region, including students and staff at a school in Papiri, Agwara LGA.
