Tinubu Orders Ribadu to Train Forest Guards for Security in Nigeria

In response to the escalating insecurity in Nigeria, Tinubu has instructed Nuhu Ribadu, the National Security Adviser, to accelerate the training and arming of forest guards to tackle the menace of kidnapping and terrorism. This directive aims to establish a National Forest Security Service to secure Nigeria's forest reserves against bandits and armed groups.

The move is part of broader efforts to enhance security measures in remote forest areas and combat criminal hideouts. The initiative involves recruiting and training young Nigerians to bolster the security apparatus in the country.
