Akpabio Assures Nigerians on Insecurity Solutions

On Wednesday, Godswill Akpabio, the President of the Senate, assured Nigerians that the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is dedicated to resolving the ongoing insecurity issues in Nigeria. Akpabio made this statement while receiving members of the Ladies Golf Association of Nigeria, led by National President Dr. Lima Ahmed, at the National Assembly.

He emphasized that the current administration is taking significant steps to address security challenges, citing the recent release of abducted school children in Oyo State as an example of their commitment. Akpabio urged the public not to rely on social media for accurate information regarding the security situation, asserting that the administration is actively working to make insecurity a thing of the past.

He also expressed support for the upcoming international Ladies tournament at the IBB International Golf Course in Abuja and was decorated as the grand patron of the Ladies Golf Association of Nigeria by Dr. Lima Ahmed.
