IPMAN Chairman Anyaso to Contest for Federal Seat in 2027

Chinedu Anyaso, the chairman of the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN), has formally declared his intention to contest for the Nnewi North, Nnewi South, and Ekwusigo federal constituency seat in the National Assembly for the 2027 elections. This announcement was made in his hometown of Ekwulummili, located in the Nnewi South Local Government Area of Anambra State.

Anyaso, a chieftain of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), expressed his desire to complement the efforts of the Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, in addressing ecological challenges and enhancing development in the constituency. He emphasized his commitment to providing federal legislative support to the governor's vision for the state.

Anyaso has previously served the market sector across several states, including Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, Abia, Imo, Kogi, and Benue, and aims to leverage his experience for the benefit of his constituency. Support for Anyaso was voiced by local APGA leaders and members of IPMAN.
