Hilda Baci Sets Guinness World Record for Largest Jollof Rice Serving

Nigerian celebrity chef, Hilda Baci, set a new Guinness World Record for preparing the largest serving of jollof rice, weighing 1,632 kg (3,598 lb 9 oz). The achievement was officially recognized by Guinness World Records during the Gino World Jollof Festival held at Eko Hotels & Suites in Victoria Island, Lagos.
