Rivers State Administrator Ekwe Ibas Achieves Tinubu's Mandate

Vice Admiral Ekwe Ibas, the Rivers State Administrator, declared that he has achieved the mandate given by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to stabilize the state and restore democratic governance.
