Ibas Declares Completion of Tinubu's Mandate in Rivers State

Vice Admiral Rtd Ekwe Ibas has announced the completion of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's mandate as the Sole Administrator of Rivers State. The announcement came after the successful governance oversight following the declaration of a state of emergency in Rivers State by President Tinubu.

Ibas was tasked with restoring order and overseeing the peaceful conduct of local government elections across the state's 23 LGAs. The Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC) report was presented, commended for its credibility and transparency in the election process.

Ibas expressed confidence in achieving the mandate and restoring democratic institutions in the state.
