Iyinoluwa Aboyeji Resigns from Learn Africa Board

Iyinoluwa Aboyeji, a renowned technology entrepreneur and co-founder of Andela, has resigned from the Board of Directors of Learn Africa Plc after serving as a Non-Executive Director for six years. His resignation is effective from September 7, 2026, as disclosed in a filing to the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) signed by DCSL Corporate Services Limited.

Learn Africa did not provide a reason for his departure but expressed appreciation for his contributions during his tenure. The Board acknowledged that Aboyeji's strategic input was vital to the company's growth and expansion in the educational technology space.

He joined the board on August 6, 2020, bringing extensive experience from Africa's technology ecosystem, and his appointment was part of Learn Africa's strategy to enhance its engagement with digital learning. Aboyeji is recognized as one of Nigeria's influential technology entrepreneurs, and his exit marks the conclusion of a significant period in the company's efforts to integrate technology into educational publishing.
