JAMB Releases Over 1.8 Million UTME Results Nationwide

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) announced the release of over 1.8 million results for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) held from April 16 to April 18, 2026. According to JAMB spokesperson Fabian Benjamin, a total of 1,264,940 results were made available within two days of the examination.

This latest batch follows an earlier release of 632,752 results from the examination conducted on April 16, bringing the total number of results released so far to 1,897,692. JAMB urged candidates to access their results through the designated channels to maintain the standard result-checking procedures.

Candidates can send their UTME results to the SMS numbers 55019 or 66019 using registered phone numbers. The board explained that the results released represent the outcomes of the first three days of the nationwide exercise, which is expected to see participation from around two million candidates across various computer-based test centers.
