JAMB Sends Key Message to UTME Candidates Over WAEC Results

JAMB has reactivated the portal for UTME candidates to upload their 2025 WAEC results. The board emphasized the importance of this step in the admission process for Nigerian tertiary institutions.

Failure to upload WAEC or NECO results could result in exclusion from the admission process, even if the UTME score is high. Candidates are urged to visit accredited CBT centers nationwide to ensure their results are uploaded accurately.

JAMB had temporarily suspended the portal for uploading results to resolve technical issues, but it has now been reopened. This measure is aimed at preventing errors and ensuring that the admission database reflects updated and accurate results.

The reactivation of the portal comes after the earlier release of the WASSCE 2025 results, which may not have accurately reflected students' abilities.
