Juma Jux Denies Baby Mama Rumors, Sister Shows Support

Tanzanian singer Juma Jux addressed viral rumors regarding claims that he fathered a secret child with another woman. On Friday, August 28, 2026, he released a formal statement in Swahili, categorically denying the paternity allegations, which he described as false and harmful.

Jux explained that he initially refrained from responding due to the lack of credibility of the claims. However, as the rumors escalated and threatened his reputation, he decided to speak out.

He reached out to the woman at the center of the allegations, who confirmed she had never been in a romantic or sexual relationship with him and advised against further amplification of the matter. Jux has since handed the issue over to legal authorities and urged the public and media to fact-check before sharing unverified information.

Following his statement, his elder sister Fatima publicly supported him by resharing his post on Instagram. Additionally, Tanzanian Minister Dr. Dorothy Gwajima rebuked online campaigns urging Priscilla Ojo to leave Jux, warning against conflicts with his in-laws.
