ADC Expects INEC Acknowledgment of David Mark's Leadership by Week's End

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) announced that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) will recognize David Mark's leadership by the end of the week. The party's National Publicity Secretary, Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi, explained that INEC's role is to observe and validate due process in approving party leadership.

INEC's acknowledgment is crucial for the party's transition process. The ADC had named David Mark as the interim national chairman in July.

The party must inform INEC and follow due process for INEC to formally acknowledge the leadership within 21 days. This administrative and political move aims to ensure a smooth transition of leadership within the party.
