APC Raises N2.6m for Dr. Mari Alil Idel's Nomination

APC stakeholders successfully raised N2.6 million to purchase a nomination form for Dr. Mari Alil Idel, who is expressing interest in becoming the party's National Women Leader.

This fundraising effort was part of a broader initiative to demonstrate support for her candidacy ahead of the APC national convention. The stakeholders, drawn from six geopolitical zones and the Federal Capital Territory, emphasized the importance of women's participation in party leadership and grassroots mobilization.

During the presentation of the cheque at the APC national secretariat in Abuja, it was noted that the contributions reflect confidence in Dr. Alil Idel's leadership capabilities and commitment to the party's vision.

The stakeholders pledged to continue mobilizing women across the country to support the APC and expressed confidence in President Bola Tinubu's leadership, aiming to work towards securing re-election in the 2027 presidential election.
