Chief Imam of Owo, Ahmad Aladesawe, Passes Away at 91, Mourned by Muslim Community

Sheikh Ahmad Aladesawe, the Chief Imam of Owo and Chairman of the Ondo State League of Imams and Alfas, passed away at the age of 91. The Muslim leader's death was announced by Kamorudeen Ishola, with the National Council of Muslim Youth Organizations (NACOMYO) expressing condolences.

Sheikh Aladesawe, widely respected for his contributions to Islam's growth in Ondo State and beyond, served as the Secretary-General of Imams and Alfas in the South West, Edo, and Delta States. His burial, in accordance with Islamic rites, took place in his hometown of Owo, Ondo State.
