Damagum and Bala Mohammed Attend Court Session on PDP National Convention Fate

Umar Damagum and Governor Bala Mohammed, members of the PDP's NWC, were present at a Federal High Court in Abuja as a judgment was expected in a lawsuit filed by party officials from Abia, Imo, and Bayelsa states. The lawsuit challenges the planned 2025 national convention, alleging irregular processes.

The court's decision will determine if the convention proceeds as scheduled in Ibadan. Security was heightened around the court premises as party members awaited the outcome.
