Hayatu-Deen Joins ADC Presidential Race for 2027

Moham Hayatu-Deen, a former presidential aspirant from the People's Democratic Party (PDP), announced his intention to run for the presidency under the African Democratic Congress (ADC) during a televised interview on Tuesday night. He outlined his vision for national unity, security, and major economic reforms, expressing deep concern over the current state of Nigeria, including the rising cost of living and persistent insecurity.

Hayatu-Deen criticized the current administration for its lack of urgency in addressing these issues and emphasized the need for leadership that understands the struggles of the citizens. He highlighted his four-decade career in the private sector as a foundation for his candidacy, believing it equips him to drive economic growth and restore hope among Nigerians.

As the 2027 elections approach, he called on ADC members to remain united and positioned the party as a credible alternative to the incumbent administration.
