Tragic Building Collapse in Lagos Traps Many, Rescue Operation Underway

In Lagos, a tragic incident occurred when a two-storey building collapsed on Cole Street near the Cemetery Bus Stop in Oyingbo. The Lagos State Fire Rescue Service received a distress call and rescued 15 people, including men, women, and children.

The victims were taken to the Federal Medical Center and Ebute Metta General Hospital for medical attention. The building was previously declared unsafe, and the rescue operation is ongoing to search for additional victims trapped in the wreckage.
