Soludo Swears In New SSG and Appointees in Anambra

On Wednesday, Governor Prof. Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State swore in Mr.

Chiamaka Nnake as the new Secretary to the State Government (SSG) during a ceremony held at the Executive Council Chamber of the Government House in Awka, also known as Light House. The swearing-in took place at 12:47 PM.

Former Solicitor General Mr. Ngozi Iwouno administered the oath of office to the new Attorney General, Topechukwu Nweke.

Governor Soludo welcomed the new appointees, describing them as part of "Team Solut 2.0," emphasizing that their selection followed a thorough vetting process. He urged the appointees to prioritize public service, highlighting the need for sacrifice and dedication over personal gain.

Soludo stressed the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and discipline in achieving collective goals for the state. He also advised the appointees to adhere to the oath of office and to avoid placing undue demands on their families, reaffirming their primary responsibility to serve the people of Anambra.
