Kaduna by-election: Rights group, election monitors commend conduct

They cited transparency, voter participation, and peaceful conduct as key indicators of credibility. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) was commended for ensuring timely arrival of materials, adherence to guidelines, and prompt transmission of results.

Minimal irregularities were reported, which did not affect the overall outcome. Security agencies were also praised for maintaining order and professionalism during the exercise.
