Kaduna Pilgrims' Agency to Begin Airlift on May 14

The Kaduna State Pilgrim Welfare Agency disclosed that the airlift of the first batch of intending pilgrims for the 2026 Hajj will commence on May 14. This announcement was made in a statement issued on Friday by Malam Ibrahim Datti, the agency's public relations officer.

The agency emphasized that the date marks the beginning of the airlift operations to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They assured that arrangements for the exercise are progressing steadily, with adequate measures in place to ensure a seamless departure for the pilgrims.

This includes logistics, health screening, and an orientation program for the intending pilgrims. The agency urged pilgrims to remain attentive to official communications and to adhere strictly to the guidelines provided.

Malam Ibrahim Datti expressed appreciation for the cooperation and support of stakeholders, which he praised as vital for the success of the Hajj exercise.
