Kaduna Authorities Dismiss Reports of 100 Worshippers Kidnapped in Church Attack

The Kaduna State government and police have refuted allegations of 100 worshippers being abducted during an attack on two churches in Kajuru LGA. Rev. John Hayab of the Northern Christian Association of Nigeria received distress calls reporting the incident, but authorities have denied the claims, describing them as an attempt to instill fear and provoke religious tension.

The police commissioner dismissed the reports as false during a press briefing, emphasizing the need for accurate information and urging intensified efforts to rescue any abducted individuals.
