Nigerian Police Dismiss Abduction of Over 100 Worshippers in Kaduna as False Reports

The Nigerian Police in Kaduna State have refuted reports of the abduction of over 100 worshippers during a church service in Kajuru Local Government Area. The Police Commissioner, Muhammad Rabiu, dismissed the claims as false and urged the public to remain calm.

Local authorities, including the Chairman of Kajuru Local Government, Dauda Madaki, denied any knowledge of such an incident. Security agencies have been mobilized to investigate the situation.

Religious leaders, including representatives from the Christian Association of Nigeria, have visited the community to verify the claims and assure residents of their safety.
