Kaduna Targets April 30 Completion for Kwoi Road Project

The Kaduna State government is targeting April 30 for the completion of the Kwoi road project in Jaba Local Government Area. Abdullahi Baba Ahm, the Managing Director of the Kaduna Road Agency, announced that the asphalt work has reached an advanced stage, with overall project completion at 92%.

This information was disclosed in a statement issued in Abuja. The project, awarded to PW Nigeria Limited, is part of Governor Uba Sani's infrastructure drive, which was initiated during a groundbreaking ceremony on September 11, 2025.

The contractor has been charged with ensuring quality delivery within the scheduled timeline. The Kwoi road project includes several critical roads, such as Audu Tilo Road, Sabon Gari Road, Dr.

Sani Road, Hospital Road, and Emir Road, which are expected to enhance movement within the community and improve local economic activities. The state government has not recorded a completed road project in the past 12 years, making this intervention particularly significant.
