Senator Barau Jibrin Urges Troops to Crush Bandits in Kano, Visits Affected Areas

Senator Barau Jibrin, accompanied by military and police personnel, visited troops in Kano following bandit incursions in three local government areas. He interacted with security operatives in Lakwaya Ward, Gwarzo Local Government Area, commending their efforts to safeguard lives and properties.

Senator Barau, the Deputy Speaker of the ECOWAS Parliament, thanked the troops for their tireless work and urged them to sustain their efforts in combating banditry. He also visited Tsaur Faruruwa Ward in Shanono Local Government Area to address security operations.

Community leaders expressed appreciation for the deployment of security personnel and ongoing road projects. Senator Barau emphasized the importance of direct engagement with security personnel to address security challenges and announced plans for dam construction.
