Kano Court Orders TikTokers to Marry Over 'Indecent' Videos, Faces Contempt Charges

The Kano court has mandated two TikTok content creators, Idri Mai Wushirya and Basira Yar Guda, to marry within 60 days due to their 'indecent' videos. The court's decision follows the Kano State Censorship Board's description of their content as violating state laws.

Failure to comply may lead to contempt charges. The court also directed the Kano State Hisbah Board to oversee the marriage process.
