Kano Governor Approves New Appointments and Promotions to Enhance Governance

Kano State Governor Abba Yusuf has sanctioned a series of new appointments and promotions aimed at strengthening governance and improving service delivery across key sectors in the state. The appointments include Abdulkadir Balarabe Kankarofi and Alhaji Ji as Special Advisers, Aisha Tamburawa as a Special Adviser on Propaganda, Mukhtar Yusuf as Deputy Managing Director, Zakari Usman Balan as the new Deputy Managing Director, and Mukhtar Bello Maisudan as the Executive Secretary of the Kano State Scholarship Board.

Additionally, Abba Kankarofi has been promoted to Managing Director of the Kano Road Maintenance Agency, and Musayyib Kawu Ungoggo has been appointed as the Manager of the Kano Zoological Garden. These appointments and promotions are part of ongoing efforts to enhance efficiency, accountability, and effective service delivery in Kano State.
