Emir of Katsina Turbans New District Heads in Ceremony

On a notable occasion, the Emir of Katsina, Alhaji Abdulmumini Kabir Usman, turbaned Dikko Umar Radda as the new district head of Radda, along with two other individuals: Alh Muhammadu Dikko as the district head of Gwagwaren Katsina and Alhaji Abubakar Dardisu as the district head of Dankama Muduru. The ceremony drew a large turnout, which the Emir remarked was unprecedented and described as the largest gathering witnessed during his reign.

He expressed gratitude for the significant participation, highlighting the importance of community engagement. During his address, the Emir urged the people to uphold Islamic teachings, stressing the necessity of faith, discipline, and strong moral values to foster peace within society.

He called for the promotion of love, understanding, and mutual respect among individuals, discouraging jealousy and discord.
