Katsina Governor Radda Approves New Grade Levels for Rulers

Katsina State Governor Dikko Umaru Radda has approved the implementation of an emir law that was passed by the Katsina State House of Assembly in August 2025. This law elevates district heads to grade level 16 and village heads to grade level 10 across the state.
