Katsina State Pays January Salaries Amid FAAC Shortfall Dispute

Katsina State in Nigeria has managed to pay its workers' January salaries despite facing a shortfall in funds from the Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC). The state government made the payments on January 24, utilizing internal revenue sources to meet its financial obligations.
