Kebbi State Assembly Passes Bill to Establish Senior Secondary Education Board

The Kebbi State House of Assembly has approved a bill to create the Kebbi State Senior Secondary Education Board, separating senior secondary schools from junior secondary schools. The bill, consisting of 37 sections, was unanimously passed after the first and second readings.

The new board will oversee senior secondary schools, while junior secondary schools will remain under the Kebbi State Universal Basic Education Board. The bill will now be sent to the governor for assent.
