Kenneth Okonkwo Exposes Sponsors of Peter Obi's Attack

Kenneth Okonkwo, a veteran Nollywood actor and chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), disclosed that the recent assassination attempt on Peter Obi, the Labour Party's 2023 presidential candidate, was orchestrated by agents linked to the Edo State government. This revelation came during an interview on Arise Television's prime time segment.

Okonkwo referenced previous threats made by the current Edo State governor, Godwin Obaseki, against Obi, suggesting that these threats were a precursor to the violent incident. The attack occurred on a Tuesday when gunmen targeted Obi as he was traveling in Edo State.
