King Mitchy Apologizes to Seyi Tinubu and Ooni Ogunwusi

Mitchel Mukoro, popularly known as King Mitchy, issued a public apology on her Instagram page for her recent online behavior, which included substance use during a live video. This apology was directed towards Seyi Tinubu, the son of President Bola Tinubu, Ooni Adeyeye Ogunwusi, and activist Martin Vincent Ots, known as VeryDarkMan.

The controversy began in late February 2026 when King Mitchy announced plans to renovate a dilapidated school, which was perceived as a genuine intent for change. However, she later made comments interpreted as a jab at VeryDarkMan, leading to accusations of being a political pawn and disrespecting the monarch.

Following the backlash, King Mitchy faced harassment that resulted in the loss of her business Instagram account. During a distressing live video session, she appeared to consume a substance, prompting concern from viewers.

She later claimed to have been hospitalized but retracted that statement. Seyi Tinubu issued a statement denying any links to the feud with VeryDarkMan.
