King Ochacho to Donate 75% of Wealth for Charity

King Mohammed Odeh Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, announced his intention to donate 75% of his property to charity during a public event on September 21, 2026. He revealed plans for a birthday giveaway that includes a raffle draw where seven individuals will win three houses, each valued at ₦500 million, and a separate ₦1 billion home designated for singer Davido, bringing the total value of the giveaway to ₦2.5 billion.

King Ochacho serves as the chairman of the Ochacho Group and is primarily involved in real estate development through Ochacho Real Homes. He has a reputation for philanthropy, having previously gifted a house to content creator Peller and donated land to various celebrities, including Davido, Zlatan, and Teni.

He also runs the Ochacho Foundation, which focuses on education, infrastructure, and community support in Benue State and beyond. The announcement has sparked mixed reactions on social media, with some expressing admiration and others skepticism.
