Oyelade Launches FAJO Foundation on 50th Birthday

Oyelade, the Chief Executive Officer of Say It Loud Africa, marked his 50th birthday on September 13, 2026, by launching the FAJO Foundation and reaching out to vulnerable families at an Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camp in Abuja. Instead of a traditional celebration, he chose to provide food, relief, and hope to women and families at the camp.

The outreach served as the official launch and maiden intervention program of the FAJO Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on poverty alleviation. During the event, Oyelade and his team distributed food packages to 90 households, each containing essential items for three meals daily for families of five to seven members.

He interacted with the women at the camp, who expressed their challenges, particularly regarding school fees and educational materials for their children. Oyelade pledged to address these educational needs in future interventions.

The foundation aims to focus on food security and artisan empowerment, contributing to sustainable development and improved livelihoods among vulnerable populations.
