KWAM 1 Vs ValueJet: Yoruba Monarch Olowu Sends Message to Keyamo, "Temper Justice With Mercy"

Yoruba monarch Olowu Kuta, Oba Dr. Hammed Oyelude Makama, has sent a message to Minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo, urging him to "temper justice with mercy" in the case involving popular fuji musician Alhaji Wasiu Ayinde Anifowoshe, also known as KWAM 1, and ValueJet airline. KWAM 1 was reportedly seen drinking alcohol on a ValueJet plane, leading to a confrontation with flight attendants and subsequent suspension of two pilots by the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA).

Olowu called for forgiveness for KWAM 1, noting that everyone makes mistakes and deserves a chance to atone. Despite an apology from KWAM 1, the NCAA is still investigating the incident and may involve the Attorney General of the Federation and the Inspector General of Police.
