On October 3, 2026, Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq addressed the 2026 Batch “C” Stream I corps members during their 21-day orientation course in Ilorin. He encouraged the 2,740 Corps members to embody the values of peace, tolerance, and hospitality that Kwara is known for.
The oath of allegiance was administered by Chief Magistrate A.M. Ndakene, representing the State Chief Judge.
In recognition of their participation in the previous day's Independence Day celebration, Governor AbdulRazaq announced a donation of N50,000 to each Corps member to alleviate the impact of current economic realities.
