Barcelona Plans Third Bid for Rodri Amid Negotiations

Barcelona is set to make a third proposal for Manchester City midfielder Rodri as negotiations between the two clubs continue. The Catalan club has had two previous offers rejected, one worth €50 million and another at €60 million.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Barcelona is optimistic about reaching an agreement with Manchester City. Direct talks are expected to continue, with the next proposal likely to be between Barcelona's last offer of €60 million and Manchester City's reported asking price of €80 million.
