Lafarge Africa PLC announced a significant revenue milestone of ₦1.07 trillion for the year 2025, marking a 53% increase from ₦696.8 billion in the corresponding period of 2024. The company reported a profit after tax (PAT) of ₦273.12 billion, representing a 173% increase from ₦100.15 billion in 2024.

In light of this performance, Lafarge Africa proposed a final dividend of 600 kobo per unit for its ordinary shares. The growth was attributed to disciplined cost management and operational efficiency, leading to an operating profit of ₦392.1 billion, a 103% increase from ₦193.01 billion in 2024.

CEO Lolu Alad Akinyemi highlighted the company's strategic focus on value creation, aiming to exceed ₦1 trillion in net sales. The company is also expanding its AshakaCem plant in Gomb State and the Sagamu plant in Ogun State, which will increase total capacity to 14.0 million metric tons per annum.
