Lafarge Africa Awards Top Transport Partners with SUVs

Lafarge Africa Plc celebrated its outstanding trade partners at a recent ceremony in Lagos, where it awarded high-value prizes, including brand new vehicles, as part of its 2025 Custom Transport Award. The event brought together key stakeholders, including Moruf Akinderu, the Lagos State Commissioner for Housing, and members of the Lafarge Africa Plc board, such as Adenik Ogunlesi and Olusola Oworu.

The awards recognized companies like Ubotex Nigeria Limited, which received a 2026 Toyota Land Cruiser, and Multiquest Nigeria Limited, honored as the best transport category winner, receiving a 2026 Toyota Hilux. Other prizes included a 15kva generator set and various vehicles.

Lolu Alad Akinyemi, the Group Managing Director/CEO of Lafarge Africa Plc, expressed gratitude to partners for their loyalty and commitment. Gbenga Onimowo, the Commercial Director, emphasized the importance of trade champions in ensuring product visibility and access across the country.

Osaz Aghatis, the Logistics Director, highlighted the critical role of transport in efficient distribution.
