Lagos CP Honors 80 Newly Promoted Officers in Ceremony

On October 24, 2023, the Lagos State Police Command, led by CP Olohunwa Jimoh, decorated 80 newly promoted officers, recognizing their elevation to ranks such as Inspector and Assistant Superintendent of Police II. During the ceremony, CP Jimoh congratulated the officers on their deserved promotions, which he described as a recognition of their dedication and hard work in discharging their duties.

He stressed that promotions should not be viewed as rewards but as an acknowledgment of higher responsibilities. CP Jimoh urged the newly promoted officers to renew their commitment to ethical conduct and effective service delivery in their new roles.

He also expressed appreciation for the Inspector General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, for his sustained commitment to motivating officers during promotions.
