Lagos Governor Orders Probe Into Chimamanda Adichie's Son's Death

Lagos State Governor has initiated a full-scale investigation into the death of Chimamanda Adichie's toddler son, allegedly due to medical negligence at a private hospital in Lagos. The Health Facility Monitoring and Accreditation Agency (HEFAMAA) will conduct an independent and transparent probe into the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Adichie has accused medical personnel, including an anesthesiologist, of negligence. The investigation aims to ensure compliance with clinic protocols and patient safety standards, with the outcomes to be made public upon completion.
