Kylian Mbappe, currently a forward for Real Madrid, revealed in a post-match interview following the club's 2-0 victory against Real Oviedo that he made a mistake during his time at the club that hindered their chances of winning titles. He stated that the mistake did not help the team secure the La Liga title and expressed that nobody knows why he left the club.

Mbappe emphasized his focus on winning titles and acknowledged that Real Madrid is the best club in the world. He also mentioned that it hurt him that people did not want him to play.

As of the current season, he is leading as the top scorer in both La Liga and the Champions League.
