The affected property owners were found to have converted their land use without proper approval, violating the terms and conditions of their grants.

They have been given until September 10, 2025, to pay a fee of N5 million. The affected streets include Gana Street, Maitama District; Usuma Street, Maitama District; Yakubu Gowon Crescent, Asokoro District; and others.
