Zamfara State Governor Appoints New Vice Chancellor for State University

Governor Dauda Lawal of Zamfara State has approved the appointment of Professor Ibrahim Abdullahi Tsafe as the new Vice Chancellor of Zamfara State University. Professor Tsafe, who obtained his Ph.D. in 2006 and has served in various academic capacities, is tasked with leading the institution towards academic excellence.

The appointment was made following a recommendation by the university's governing council. The new VC is known for his expertise in academic administration and is currently serving as the Dean of the Faculty of Science at Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto.
