Tinubu Inaugurates Abuja Court of Appeal Complex

On a recent Monday, President Bola Tinubu inaugurated the Abuja Court of Appeal complex, emphasizing the necessity for judges to deliver justice swiftly and fairly, irrespective of litigants' social status, ethnicity, or financial standing. He expressed that justice should be blind to such factors, allowing the common man to view the court as a true last hope.

Tinubu highlighted the importance of restoring public confidence in the judiciary and maintaining democratic governance. He instructed that the conditions of the judicial facilities be improved immediately.

Tinubu commended Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, for completing the project within the agreed timeline, with a commitment to deliver results without excuses. The new complex features two large and eight smaller courtrooms, aimed at expediting case resolutions and reducing congestion.

Monica Dongban-Mensem, President of the Court of Appeal, noted that the new complex significantly enhances the efficiency of justice delivery in Abuja.
