Nnewi Stakeholders Demand Justice for Nnewichi Community

On August 29th, Nnewi stakeholders held a second meeting at the residence of Chief Chukwuma to address issues concerning the Nnewichi community and the upcoming local government elections. They emphasized the importance of justice and equity in the electoral process, particularly regarding the rotation of the council chairman position.

Chief Chukwuma criticized the current political dynamics, alleging that certain cabals are undermining the established rotational arrangement, which is crucial for maintaining peace among the communities.
