Sunrise Interactive, a Nigerian studio based in Lagos, is gaining recognition for developing culturally immersive games in Yoruba and Hausa languages. Led by founder Tolulope Adeniran, the team's recent game, "Legend of Oduduwa," merges Yoruba mythology with contemporary gameplay elements, allowing players to explore ancient kingdoms and engage in traditional battles.

The studio's mission is to showcase African heroes in gaming, with plans to launch the game globally by early 2026. This highlights the rising prominence of Nigeria's gaming industry and its focus on cultural storytelling through interactive experiences.
