Magnus Abe Resumes as NUPRC Chairman, Promises Leadership

Magnus Abe has officially resumed his role as the chairman of the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) following his inauguration. He pledged to improve leadership and oversight within the commission, aiming to enhance its capacity to meet statutory mandates.

Abe expressed a commitment to strategic management and collaboration to uplift the commission, which is crucial for Nigeria's oil and gas sector, especially in light of recent market volatility due to crises in the Middle East. The inauguration was attended by Oritsemeyiwa Eyesan, the chief executive of NUPRC, who congratulated the new board members.
