Makinde Set to Lead 'One-Man PDP Governors Forum'

The Lagos State chapter of the APC, through spokesman Oladejo, has stated that Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde is on the verge of emerging as the de facto chairman of a "one-man PDP Governors Forum."
