Mark, Aregbesola Rally ADC Support in Ekiti Gubernatorial Push

Two prominent Nigerian political figures threw their weight behind the African Democratic Congress in Ekiti State on Thursday, delivering a direct rebuke of the ruling All Progressives Congress ahead of Saturday's gubernatorial election. David Mark, who chairs the ADC at the national level, and Rauf Aregbesola, the party's national secretary, addressed supporters at a campaign rally in Ado-Ekiti to mobilize voters for ADC's governorship candidate, Dare Bejid.

Mark and Aregbesola centered their message on what they characterized as the APC administration's failure to deliver effective governance in Ekiti over the past three and a half years.
